Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Network and computer systems administrators set up and maintain computer systems for businesses. Administrators work in a wide range of fields, from IT to banking to education. They are very much needed in practically every industry. While some administrator jobs demand a bachelor’s degree, an increasing number of job postings now require a postsecondary certificate and excellent computer skills.

Computer Support Specialist

A computer support professional assists individuals and businesses with computer hardware and/or software issues. They could assist non-IT users with computer issues or assist IT personnel within a business. They assist clients face to face, over the phone, and online.
